Digital Learning Transformation & Adoption
In the rapidly evolving financial sector, navigating digital transformation is not unlike embarking on a journey into uncharted territory. The Digital Learning Transformation and Adoption initiative became a beacon, guiding 1,500 Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firms — annually — through this new landscape with confidence.
Having the right tools and technology is just the beginning. True transformation starts with comprehensive onboarding and continuous support. Just as starting a new job without proper guidance can leave one feeling lost, RIAs expressed feeling 'dropped off a cliff' when transitioning to a new platform without adequate onboarding and support.
This highlights the critical need for an integration process that introduces RIAs to a new platform and supports them every step of the way — ensuring firms are fully equipped to achieve operational excellence.
With this in mind, a strategy rooted in micro-learning was born — focusing on delivering concise, targeted content to significantly boost learning retention and engagement.
